How to receive a package during a pandemic?

In times of coronavirus pandemic, couriers are very vulnerable to the possibility of being infected. Therefore, we would like to provide some information on how to receive packages in order to reduce the probability of being infected as much as possible.

We can confidently assure you that all precautions have been taken and no sick person is involved in the production process, packaging or shipment of goods.

Few tips about collecting goods

New research shows that COVID-19 lives for 24 hours on cardboard and 72 hours on plastic and stainless steel. This is great news for nonperishable deliveries like ours. It means that if you simply let cardboard-packaged items sit for max 72 hours before you touch them, you are pretty safe.

We understand that many of you can't afford this kind of slip in time, so we would recommend cleaning packages with an alcohol solution before bringing them into your home.

We would also like to ask you to keep a safe distance of at least 1.5m when collecting goods from the courier. If the courier asks to verify your identity, just show your identity card. If you have chosen the cash on delivery option, please pay for it with your card. Wash your hands immediately after collecting the goods.
