The Vinyl Floor trays are specifically designed with vinyl floor coverings in mind. The trays are re-enforced with a non-woven waterproof membrane that is factory glued to the tray creating a much more durable top surface. The trays also come with special drains that offer a frame feature that clamps down onto the edge of the vinyl floor covering securing it to the drain body as well as protecting the edge from ever peeling back.

The invisible trays are designed with no lip protruding above the level of the tray. This is an excellent option for floor coverings that are thinner then standard floor tiles, such as micro cement. The are also a great choice for thick stone floor covers, as there is no limit to the thickness of the material being used. The result is an “invisible drain” with only a channel around the perimeter of the drain for water to drain into.

Showerlay OneWay Line

The one-way Sloped trays are wedge shaped. This means that the sides of the tray will have a gradual step down into the tray. If you have one side open you will need to finish this step with tile trim or similar product in order to close off the exposed edge of the floor on that side. The advantage of a one-way tray is that there are no angled cut lines to worry about and the sides and end of the tray do not have sloped sides. That need to be integrated with each other.

The Premium Offset Linear drain has an outlet 125 mm from the channel edge. This Offset Linear drain is perfect for working around joists that cause an issue with our central outlet linear drains. Trimmable Linear Drains

The Intensi linear drain is unique in a few ways. It is very slim and sleek compared to other linear drains that we offer, it has the option for either a single or double waste trap system which will increase the flow rate capacity of water that can be drained, and finally, the length of the drain can be adjusted to fit on site in just minutes with a kit that is supplied with the drain. The length of the drain is 1200 mm, but you can easily trim this down to a minimum of 500 mm.

Our Premium Square Gullies are available in multiple sizes, models and has a wide choice of different drain covers to add the perfect finish to your wet room. The standard sizes we supply are 100 x 100 mm, 120 x 120 mm and 150 x 150 mm. Increasing the size of gully provides improved access to the channel and waste outlet, which will allow maintenance and cleaning to be easier.

Our standard square gullies are recommended in most cases. However, if you’re are having trouble with some aspect of your project and need something more tailored for your requirements, you can call or email us to discuss the possibility of a bespoke square drain.

Our Premium Square Gullies are perfect for a tiled finish. Its central flange allows for a water tight sealed edge with the surrounding sub floor and it has a raised lip space of 15 mm to 20 mm (depending on model). This raised lip gives you space for your tile thickness, adhesive and any other possible materials, such as underfloor heating. These gullies also come with a selection of brushed or polished stainless steel drain covers. Our most popular drain covers is a tileable slot (Pure), which allows you to match your surrounding floor tile with your drain cover.

Square Trap Top

Our Wiper Square Gully dry trap doesn’t rely on a conventional water sealed waste trap system. It operates on a non return valve system that allows waste water to pass, but automatically closes to stop the return of any waste or sewer smell, even after water evaporates in your pipes. Additionally, this square gully also has an adjustable height, which allows you to match your material build up height to the lip of the gully drain. It also has all the added benefits of our Premium gullies with a selection of stainless steel drain covers to choose from.

Waterproofing is an essential part of creating a wet room. You need to protect the room from water damage if water were to ever penetrate the floor and wall coverings. The easiest way to waterproof a room is to create a waterproof layer that will act as a barrier and keep the water penetration to a minimum.

One of the ways we recommend accomplishing this is with one of our Waterproofing kits. Our kits are based on the size of the area you need to tank. Each kit comes with 4kg of PCI lastogum which is a paint of sealant and covers approx. 3.5 m2. You also get 10 m of sealing tape, 2 internal corners, 2 pipe collars and 1L of primer. These kits are our best sellers and a great alternative to more traditional membrane based tanking systems. Non woven membrane mats are also a great way to hydro-insensate a wet room. The Advantage of them is that they are not reliant on the surface they are adhered to, to remain waterproof. If cracks develop in a substrate, the membrane will remain unaffected and the waterproof layer will remain intact.

A Protective primer strengthens walls and floors increase their adhesion properties. It acts as a sealer for porous surfaces that would otherwise absorb too much of a tanking product. It is always a good idea to primer prior to waterproofing or self leveling. This is why we include primer as part of your tanking kits. In our offer you will find 2 different types of primer. PCI Gisogrund and PCI Gisogrund 404 are both single component, solvent free, fast drying primers. The difference between the 2 being the material they are used on. The PCI Gisogrund is deep penetrating primer recommended for mortar mineral floor leveler, plasters, paint and wallpapers. PCI Gisogrund 404 can be used with most types of floors, wooden and wood-base materials surfaces, plaster boards, and finished materials.

Backer boards are available in a range of thickness depending on their intended use. Thinner boards are intend to be used on floors and solid walls, while thicker boards offer more structural support and can be used on studded walls replacing the need for plaster or cement boards. The advantages backer boards have over plaster or cement boards are that they are waterproof and light weight, and offer acoustic as well as thermal insulation. We recommend going with backer boards anywhere that get wet on a regular bases.

Boards come in standard 600mm x 1200mm size(0.72m²) in various thicknesses. Therefore you can easily divide the total area you need to line by 0.72 to find out how many boards you will need, and purchase addition boards in need be. Alternatively you can also purchase just the hardware, as it can be used for other applications.

Your shower screen size should match the length of your shower tray to maximise the potential of both shower screen and tray. Installing your screen parallel to the tray is recommended. Shower waste traps

Every drain we supply is accompanied with a waste trap as standard. Our default waste trap is the McAlpine HC26. During the checkout process of your order, this waste trap can be altered if required. We have a selection of waste traps that can accommodate a wide variety of requirements. Be it an issue with space below your drain, we have waste traps with less depth. A shower with a high flow rate output will need a high flow rate capacity waste trap and a larger water seal requirement. Our selection of waste traps come is a wide variety of shapes and sizes with unique technical features to suit.

Adjustable legs

Adjustment legs are always supplied as standard with both linear drains and square gullies. These legs are for leveling to your desired height and as a supporting base for securing your drain in position during the installation process. If these legs are lost or damaged after delivery we can send out replacements.

How to order your bespoke product?

You can contact us via email or phone about your bespoke enquiry/request. Based on your request, we will provide a quote.

In order for us to produce your bespoke tray, we will need some information regarding its dimensions and the position of your requested drain. The model of the tray (Oneway Fall or 4way), width, length and thickness are needed.

Next, the model and size of drain is needed, along with the position in the tray you need the drain to be integrated.

Finally, we can send our default waste trap (HC26) or you can choose from our selection of waste traps.

A pro forma invoice can be sent via email on request and we will send a technical drawing for your confirmation before production can be started.

Any changes to a current bespoke request will need a new quote generating and a technical drawing sent for your confirmation.

Payment by card or bank wire transfer is accepted. Once paid, your order will be processed.

Production.

Your order will take *¹5-10 business days for production.

Once production starts, it can not be cancelled and is nonrefundable.

In some cases, depending on the production stage, *²alterations can be requested, but additional fees will apply.

Shipping.

When production is complete, the order will be dispatched on the first business day.

After dispatch, orders average *³4-5 business days for delivery, bar any delays with courier or customs checks.

Orders can be expedited with express next day delivery. An *⁴express shipping fee will be applied.

Orders delivered in a damaged state must be signed for upon receipt as 'damaged'. Your bespoke order will be produced again and can/will be sent by express delivery free of charge.

*² Contact us immediately via phone or email. Depending on the day and time you contact us, our team will respond to any email call or voicemail left immediately or if outside of business hours, as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you change your order if possible.

*³ This is an estimate based on the average number of deliveries sent. We can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping, but will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
