Why our drain can support Microcement

This linear drain is created fitting all your needs, with Microcement being the new design becoming more and more popular and hearing more and more customers making requests. We created this line just for you, but what really is Microcement ? Microcement or Microcemento as it is commonly known in Europe, is a very thin coating of cement combined with water based liquid polymers or powdered resin polymers. The coating is made up of between three to four very thin coats of product, which create a slip resistant and finally graded floor.

These linear drains are designed to offer robust support for microcement, the length of our drains changes from 500 up to 1200 mm and with bespoke drains possibility, we can fit any customer's need. To add to the customisation, we offer different colour covers like Brass, Gold, Black and Silver as base colour, as a last customisation option we even have 7 different drain covers.

How to install a MCR Drain

While installing our linear shower drains, the installer has the freedom to choose the drain's location, tailoring the shower area to your unique space. However, it is important to note that creating the correct slope for water flow towards the drain will need to be managed by the fitter. This approach offers unparalleled customization, with the possibility of incorporating multiple drains in one shower area for optimal water management and design flexibility.
