Wet Room Tray Kit 100 x 100 cm for tiled floor with integrated Silver Linear Shower Drain in matt, brushed or polished finish, including waste trap and square pattern drain cover Sirocco
The wet room Kit Showerlay Wiper 1000 x 1000 Elite Sirocco Silver is a walk in shower tray with a linear drain. Designed to be suitable for various thicknesses of tile finishes and gives your wet room a stylish elegant look. This tray comes in multiple sizes, three different thicknesses, and can be trimmed to size if needed.
This tray has amazing acoustic and insulation properties, whilst being lightweight and also very strong. Depending on the size of the tray means you can have an estimated 1%-2% gradient fall. The advanced grating in this tray comes in four different colours and has seven different grating options. A selection of three waste traps are also available with this tray, each with different dimensions and flow rate capacity.
The integrated advanced 700 mm Elite Sirocco Silver linear drain system for this tray is unique because it has a secondary drainage channel, meaning if any water were to pass under the tiles, this drain is capable of collecting it. It also allows this integrated system to have the height set from 8 mm up to 50 mm to accommodate the thickness of your tile floor finish. The channel is 700 mm in length and 82 mm in width. It also has a slot grate 12 mm deep that allows tiles no thicker than 10 mm thick to be used in the grill cover. If your tile is thicker, you could possibly reduce the thickness by grinding.
Based on current settings, if you Add to cart current set and then order, you will receive the following items:

Complete Underfloor Heating Kit
It is possible to include a complete Underfloor Heating Kit to your order. All you need to do is to choose the required size. Additional package, with heating mat, appropriate thermostat, sensor and instructions will be dispatched together with the other goods.
To calculate required mat size you need to get square coverage of the floor and exclude any permanent / fixed fixtures from them. It is also recommended to buy slightly smaller mat than calculated size - you can shape it but cannot cut the cables, therefore too large mat could not be installed.
SUNFLOOR Underfloor HeatingThe SUNFLOOR Electric Heating Mat is a unique type of floor heating mat. The system has been designed to be used on an existing tiled floor or an existing finished floor, so that floor heating can still be installed there. The mat is approximately 4 mm thick and can be included in a layer of adhesive without any demolishing or grinding. The mat fits virtually underneath the surface. This decreases the heating time of the floor, that also makes this system suitable for rooms that are not permanently occupied including bathrooms, studies, playrooms, etc.
Heating matUnderfloor heating mat set consists of all necessary parts for installation. One Thermostat is needed for every 23 m² of heating mat. It is included as optional, to allow ordering mat for custom areas, for example if you need 13 m² of mat total, you should buy 10 m² with one of the thermostats set as include and 3 m² with thermostat not included. In case you require less mat coverage than possible to buy from our product pictures, for example 14.5 m² you should always round low with your purchase and buy 14 m² as the mat is impossible to cut. It can be shaped but not shortened to size.

Calculate Underfloor HeatingThe tanking kit is a ready-mixed, under-tile tanking system to protect water sensitive substrates from exposure to water. Suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers in residential buildings, hotels, old people's homes and hospitals. Should not be used in places exposed to pressurised water, for an instance swimming pools. Ready to use, no mixing required and easy to apply with a roller. The kit includes a high performance joint reinforcing tape to protect against movement in floor joins and corners etc. The contents are all INSIDE the bucket and the contents are protected in the bucket with polystyrene infill's to stop transit damage. The instructions are printed on the rear of the tanking kit.
For anti-moisture insulation systems in wet rooms and rooms intended for human residence. The tanking liquid is a ready-to-use singlecomponent, solvent-free sealant composed of polymer dispersion, fillers and modifying additives. When applied to the surface, upon binding it creates a flexible and water-insulating layer.
Tanking kit contains:
- 4kg Tanking Liquid
- 1l Primer
- 10 Metres flexible Sealing Tape
- 2 Flexible Pipe Collars
- 2 Corners
- Consumption to 1,2kg/m²

Tanking liquid
The tanking liquid is a ready to use, single component, solvent-free sealant mass, consisting of polymer dispersion, fillers and additives. When applied to a substrate and cured, it forms a flexible waterproofing coating. The product is intended for use inside places intended for human residence, especially in humid areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries), to perform insulation against moisture under linings and coverings, such as ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta, wooden floors and panels, and synthetic carpets.
The product is intended for priming absorbent and porous surfaces, inside and outside buildings. It is especially recommended for cement - limestone plaster, gas concrete, plaster-carton boards and cement plaster. The primer has a high penetration ability, is deeply absorbed into the substrate, thus strengthening it, while allowing for „breathing”. These benefits improve the structure of the substrates, which, due to the passage of time, have lost their appropriate parameters. The priming solution improves adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on the primed substrate. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, the wear of the applied coating materials, emulsion paints, glues, mineral putties reduces as well. The solution, due to the content of the biocide and fungicide, protects the primed substrate against the formation of mold and bacteria in the product.

Calculate Needed WaterproofingPVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. The PVD coating process creates a thin film coating over a solid material which is vaporized in a vacuum chamber and deposited onto a target material. It is used to change the surface properties of the object to be coated, where new mechanical, chemical, electrical or optical characteristics are needed.
There are many benefits of PVD coating. It can provide a lifetime of protection from daily cleaning, which adds durability and value to our products. Traditional powder coating of stainless steel degrades with time and can easily tarnish or chip. PVD requires no clear top coats that fade or dull. It is four times harder than chrome which makes it corrosion and scratch resistant.
Benefits of PVD technology are Superior Wear Resistance, Superior Corrosion Resistance, Superior Chemical Resistance, Low Coefficient of Friction, Excellent Adhesion, Brilliant Decorative Finish, High Hardness (2nd to Diamond), Uniform Coating, Will not Chip, Tarnish or Fade, Low Maintenance and to top it all off, it is an Environmentally Friendly Process.
Extensive tests have been carried out to make sure that the normal usage of a shower will not effect the look and longevity of these drains and that they will remain in the same state as the day they were installed, for years to come. Additionally the Drains can be PVD coated after the steel is finished. so there is a range of finishes available in every colour.

Our wet room kits are available in three thicknesses: 20, 28 and 35 mm. Depending on space, floor type, and desired gradient you can choose best option for you.
If you have timber floor - existing floor board thickness. Usually they are 20 or 28 mm thick, in that case you should go for adequate thick wet room kit, to avoid floor height increase and step ups. If you want to achieve stepped up floor, 35 mm thickness might also be a good choice. If case of concrete floor, every thickness is suitable, if you're going to screed the floor you need to shutter the future shower area off and leave proper space for tray to be inserted in the future. If screed has already been done, you will need to use jackhammer or similar tool to groove exact tray thickness and shape when the shower is going to be created. In case of both floor types, every shower tray thickness is enough to bear human weight, as it needs to be underboarded beneath entire surface either with ply or solid concrete. The biggest difference between thicknesses is the slope's angle achieved after installation is completed and shower tray tiled.

Our Elite range has many options to choose from. However, the Elite linear drain has a unique feature that sets it apart from all others. It has been tested and thoughtfully designed with the ability to adjust its height during the installation process to match the build up space you require.
Its specialised frame and drain cover has been manufactured to be used in conjunction with an adjustment kit, that will allow you to match the thickness of your floor finish. Having this key integrated feature, the Elite linear drain allows you the freedom to install this tray and select from a wider range of thicker or thinner tiles available on the market today.
With our standard supplied adjustment kits, this Elite drain is able to accommodate between 8 mm to 50 mm for your tile and any other materials such as electric underfloor heating or Ditra mats. However, upon request, an adjustment kit to raise it higher than 50 mm is possibly available.
The parts included in each adjustment kit comprise of a set of specially designed spacers to raise and support the linear drain frame and chosen cover, along with six screws to lock everything into place. Each kit is designed for your chosen height and comes with the set number of spacers required, accompanied with the six appropriate length screws needed.
If you're undecided about the tile finish for your wet room, but have a schedule to keep, you can install the tray and waterproof the room whilst you decide. Your order will have a standard default kit supplied, but additional adjustment kits to match your tile thickness can be ordered separately at a later date after you have found the tile you want.
One of the key features that sets the Showerlay Elite trays apart from the rest is that it offers an innovative secondary drainage system. The benefit of this feature is that if any water finds its way underneath the floor covering, it will have a way of draining into the channel and not pooling on top of the tray.
This is accomplished by having the integrated drain comprised of three pieces. The drain body which is factory imbedded into the tray, provides the channel for the primary and secondary drainage. The adjustable frame, which can be raised to the exact height of the finished floor, while also allowing for secondary drainage to find its way into the channel. Finally, the cover which is supported on the frame, providing an elegant finish while allowing access for quick and easy maintenance.
This secondary drainage feature has no impact on the way the finished shower tray will look. Only the cover and top edge of the frame will be visible after installation just as if it was an ordinary drain. However the ability to adjust the frame around the channel significantly makes installation easier as you can adjust the height of the frame. All while giving you the added peace of mind that there is an added level of security to ensure water flows down the drain.
The secondary drainage feature, combined with proper waterproofing of the shower tray prior to laying down the floor covering will ensure that the area is dually secured and any moisture that gets below the surface will not cause any damage below. When it comes to the Showerlay Elite tray with this integrated Elite drain you really get a quality product that not only will do what is expected of it, and have the water drain away as quickly and efficiently as possible, but also look great in your new shower or wet room area.
The Showerlay Elite is available in three different surface finishes. Polished, Brushed and Matt. This is great if you are looking for a specific finish to match the rest of your fixtures. The three finishes are available for all available colour options, However the Brushed finish is the standard option that comes at no extra charge. The visible parts of the drain (the cover and frame) will come in the desired finish.
Polished is a glossy finish. It has a smooth and shiny look that catches the eye. Characterized by a high degree of development, it's free from imperfections. There are numerous functional considerations, in addition to the visual appearance of polished stainless steel. Properly polished stainless steel looks good and helps to reduce the risk of bacteria being retained by the material when it is utilized in sanitary applications.
Brushed finish is a semi gloss finish. The key difference between brushed and polished stainless steel is that brushed stainless steel has a rough surface, whereas polished stainless steel has a smooth surface. Brushed stainless steel is a type of metal having a dull polish that is made through friction. It is the the most practical of the three as it is the most scratch resistant.
Matt is a dull finish. This is a very common stainless steel finish that is non-reflective and smooth in nature. The stainless steel is rolled through a special roller for a smooth, less pitted surface, before being descaled in an acid solution and polished for greater smoothness. It is commonly used for chemical and pharmaceutical equipment.
